Vertex Contracting Group L.L.C. exists because too many projects stall on the same three things: nobody answers the phone, the schedule slips quietly, and the finish work gets rushed. We built the company to remove those failure points.

We work both sides of the market on purpose. Commercial build-outs teach you to hold a schedule, coordinate trades and pass inspection the first time. Residential remodeling teaches you that the homeowner sees every reveal and every caulk line. Bring both standards to one job and the result speaks for itself.
Vertex self-performs core scopes and partners with a bench of trusted trade contractors — including O’Connors Remodeling LLC, whose crews regularly run Vertex work. You still deal with one company, one contract, and one point of contact.
We carry some of the best commercial and residential insurance coverage available, and bonding is not an obstacle — if your project or lender requires a bond, we will handle it. Ask and we will send certificates with our bid.

Scope, materials and exclusions in writing before work starts — so a change order is a conversation, not a surprise.

A start date, a sequence, and a target completion. When weather or material lead times move something, you hear it from us first.

Work areas cleaned daily, and a documented walk-through closed out before the job is called complete.
